STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR HOME

• Buy Title Insurance

• Check for missing utility and tax bills

• Check deed records at least once a year to see if anything is filed against your property

• If you live in Fulton County, register with for Real Estate Activity Alert and Contact Tool (REAACT)
